Your TruStep Foot Correctors® are proudly Made in the USA and are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship. Due to the nature of our manufacturing process, we cannot warranty against heat and/or abrasion. If the correctors should break or crack under normal circumstances of wear for the lifetime of the product, please email our corporate office for a Return Authorization Number. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or any issues arising from neglect or abuse. This warranty is non-transferable. If after eight weeks of wearing your TruStep correctors daily, the metatarsal pressure (golf ball feeling) is extremely uncomfortable (very rare), please email us at support@trustep.com for a simple refit or wearing adjustment. Due to the medical nature of TruStep Foot Correctors®, No Refunds can be issued. Only exchanges can be made within ninety days of the purchase date, if deemed necessary by TruStep Health & Wellness.
