Your ThinStep orthotics are made in Germany and are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship. If the correctors should break or crack under normal circumstances of wear within five (5) years, please email our corporate office for a Return Authorization Number.  This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or any issues arising from neglect or abuse.  This warranty is non-transferable.  Due to the medical nature of ThinStep orthotics, No Refunds can be issued. 

Most orders ship within 2 business days if order is placed before 1PM.  Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
